Comprehensive/analytical approach
Comprehensive psychotherapy with an analytical (psychoanalytic) approach helps clients in understanding and rebuilding themselves in the face of life. A comprehensive view makes it possible to consider all aspects of a person (biological, behavioral, cognitive, psychological, communicative, socio-economic, semantic, etc.) as a whole. On the other hand, this comprehensive view provides the possibility of integrating the classical approach of psychoanalysis with the changing process of contemporary analytical psychotherapy, and it also benefits from the overlap with attachment theory and recent advances in cognitive theory.
Online services:
(audio/video by phone, Skype, WhatsApp and other programs)
Over the years of telephone and online psychotherapy with Persian-speaking clients inside Iran (from Tehran, other cities) and outside Iran (America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe), I have experienced the remarkable effectiveness of this type of service. Despite some criticism of non-attendance psychotherapy, research has shown that this type of service has been effective in a wide range of psychological issues in different formats such as (individual, couple and family therapy, and even clinical supervision). Among the cases in this regard, we can mention mood and anxiety disorders (combined with obsession, depression, etc.). Communication issues, challenges in intimacy with important people in life, as well as a wide range of other problems (self-concept, courage, stress management, child management, educational and career issues, etc.) are also included in this category.
